The minimum age to attend a First Aid/CPR course unaccompanied is 14 years. AFAC accepts 10–13-year old’s as long as they are accompanied by an adult. However, all of our courses require physical tasks that must be completed to obtain a statement of attainment, such as 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on a manikin on the floor, recovery position and bandaging to name a few of a long list of requirements.
If the child cannot complete the performance evidence assessment tasks, we can issue a certificate of participation. Please call our office on 9850 6665 to discuss or email info@accreditedfirstaidcourses.com.au prior to making a booking.

Unlike other companies, we do not charge a reschedule fee if you have provided 24-hours’ notice, Monday to Friday during business hours (8:30am-5pm).
