Accredited First Aid Courses (AFAC) offers free regular shipping (Australia Wide Only), this does not include express shipping. Express shipping can be paid for by emailing [email protected] or by calling 9850 6665.
AFAC ships Monday to Friday in business hours, 9am to 4pm through Australia Post.
If your item is in stock, your order will be dispatched the next business day (excluding public holidays), this includes express shipping. You can view estimated delivery times via the Australia Post website. We cannot guarantee express next day deliveries, however we will prioritise express orders.
You must provide a residential/business shipping address as we do not ship to PO Box or Parcel Lockers.
Any instructions left in the comments section of your order will be fulfilled to the best of our ability, however we are not a logistics provider, we use third parties on your behalf.
Accredited First Aid Courses (AFAC) offers a full refund for all First Aid kits providing the First Aid kit is not damaged, all individual items within the First Aid kit are in an unopened, unused condition and the First Aid kit is returned within 14 days at the expense of the customer.
The refund will take place once the item has been returned within 14 days and inspected by AFAC. Refunds can take up to 3-7 business days to appear in the account that was used to purchase the product.
If the First Aid kit is returned in a used, opened condition, a refund will not be granted, and the customer will have to pay for shipping for the First Aid kit to be returned.
