Yes, all of our courses are national accredited and are recognised Australia wide!
CPR & First Aid courses cannot be conducted purely online as all courses requires participants to demonstrate practical skills such as CPR on an adult, child and infant manikins, perform DRSABCD, show the correct use of a defibrillator, bandaging, managing fractures etc.
Due to the above requirements, it is highly unlikely that any online course is an accredited course.
AFAC provides online, self-pace pre-course learning, this allows the duration of the face-to-face training to be completed into a shorter timeframe.
No. The performance evidence assessment requires participants to perform 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on an adult manikin on the floor. For HLTAID012 participants, they will also be required to perform an extra 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on a child manikin on the floor.
If you cannot complete the CPR on the floor, we can issue a Certificate of Participation. Please call our office on 9850 6665 to discuss or email info@accreditedfirstaidcourses.com.au
