Your Statement of Attainment will be emailed to you upon completing the practical training, as long as you have completed all the online, self-paced pre course assessments.

No. All courses strictly start on time. As these are short courses, you cannot miss out on any course content. We ask all of our participants to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their course starting.

No. If you cannot complete all of the performance evidence assessment tasks, we cannot issue a Statement of Attainment.
